Return Policy Exchange requests or returns (store credit) on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in the Sophie and Trey store with the original receipt within 7 business days of receipt of purchase). No refunds will be given, only store credit or exchange will be issued.

Instructions For Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise
EXCHANGES: By Mail If you're making an exchange, send product back to Sophie and Trey. Once received, we will process your exchange or issue store credit and mail back to the original shipping address processed with your order.
In Store Simply bring the invoice slip and credit card used when you placed the order to a sales associate at our store. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your exchanged item or give you a credit for the total amount of the purchase.

Shipping Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Pricing regarding bigger furniture pieces may be determined after purchase. If price of shipping is not included in checkout we will then contact you within 24-48 with a shipping quote. Once the shipping quote is authorized by the customer we will then send the package out, and the estimated time of arrival will be 3 to 7 business days.
